If you lose premium after upgrading, please visit the “Renew” page and enter the details of the affected account. The system will automatically renew your key, making it usable again.

Renewal Instructions: Submit your key along with the downgraded account on the “Renew” page and select the “Renew only the key” option. The system will renew your key, making it usable again on the Upgrade page. After renewal, you may need to upgrade to a new account, not the previously upgraded one, as Spotify only allows changing family plans once every 12 months per account. Available in all countries. If the upgrader doesn’t list your country, you can select a different country. This may result in minor content variations, but all premium features will remain accessible.
